An 8 Week Live Online Experience

The world is heavy.

The news cycle relentless.

You can feel it in your body—the tension, the exhaustion, the way your breath catches.

But your body is more than a casualty of these times. It holds the capacity to soften, to restore, to move through.

If you feel caught between doomscrolling and disconnecting—if fear and uncertainty make it impossible to know how to engage—you are not broken. The world we live in is designed to keep us dysregulated, fractured, and reactive. When we’re overwhelmed, we lose our ability to think clearly, set boundaries, and act with intention.

But there is another way.

Embodied Rebellion is an 8-week live experience for those who are ready to stop being ruled by urgency, reclaim their nervous system, and take action from a place of clarity and care. Through nervous system practices, radical rest, deep reflection, and embodied support, we’ll explore what it means to resist crisis culture and reclaim our capacity to respond—both for ourselves and in service of the world we want to help create.

Each week, we’ll uncover a new layer of what it means to stay with yourself in a world that wants you disconnected.

Week 1: Reclaiming Your Body in a World That Profits from Disconnection. Exhaustion, overwhelm, and fear aren’t personal failures—they’re systemic. The world relies on us being too burned out to resist. In our first week, we’ll explore how disembodiment is conditioned into us and why reclaiming presence is an act of resistance.

Week 2: Fear, Overwhelm & The Politics of Dysregulation. Crisis culture thrives on keeping us reactive, exhausted, and unable to think clearly. We’ll unpack how fear hijacks the nervous system—and how to meet it with awareness instead of collapse, so you can respond rather than react.

Week 3: Slowness, Rest & Nervous System Resilience as Resistance. Urgency isn’t truth—it’s a tool of control. This week, we’ll explore the nervous system’s natural rhythm, the challenge and power of slowing down, and why deep rest is not laziness—it’s an essential form of repair.

Week 4: Boundaries, Media Diets & Reclaiming Attention. 
Your attention is a resource—one that media, politics, and capitalism fight to control. This week, we’ll explore how to reclaim your focus, set boundaries with information overload, and engage with the world without losing yourself in it.

Week 5: Discomfort, Distress Tolerance & The Wisdom of Difficult Emotions. We are taught to fear discomfort, but it holds deep wisdom. This week is about expanding your capacity to stay present with grief, rage, and uncertainty—learning to feel without shutting down, bypassing, or becoming overwhelmed.

Week 6: Co-Regulation, Play & the Power of Connection. We heal in connection. We’ll explore why co-regulation is essential for nervous system health, and how joy, play, and community are powerful antidotes to stress, oppression, and disconnection.

Week 7: Integration & Living Your Nervous System Work. What you practice, you become. This week is about deepening what’s working, noticing what still needs attention, and integrating nervous system awareness into daily life, relationships, and activism.

Week 8: Moving Forward & Embodied Action. Engagement doesn’t have to mean burnout. In our final week, we’ll explore how to take action from a regulated, embodied place—so you can create change in a way that’s aligned, sustainable, and deeply rooted. Whether your impact is in relationships, community, creativity, or activism, this is about moving forward without sacrificing yourself in the process.

Summer/Fall 2025

Each week contains:

✅ Monday: A written email exploring the week’s theme, with insights, reflection questions to deepen your relationship to the theme, and simple, accessible micro-practices—mini-tools to add to your care toolbox.

✅ Wednesday: A live 75-minute group session featuring a teaching on the weekly theme, a deeper somatic practice, and group discussion. Replays available.

✅ Thursday: A follow-up email with integration questions and a recorded guided meditation to help you embody and deepen your connection to the week’s theme.

Live sessions will be held on Wednesdays at 6pm PST

Sliding Scale:

Receive – $160 ($20/week) → A supported rate for those who need financial flexibility.

Reciprocate – $240 ($30/week) → The full cost of the program, sustaining this work.

Regenerate – $320 ($40/week) → A contribution that nurtures access for others, growing a cycle of support.
